Solution 4: Login on the Problematic Device with Another Microsoft Account
If, at step 4, the unlink option is missing or greyed out, then try with all the family account one by one and check if using any of the family accounts solves the issue. If not, then repeat solution 1 to check if that sorts out the issue. Then navigate to the Microsoft Store Devices page and click on the unlink option in front of the problematic device to check if the issue is resolved. Then log out of your Microsoft account and log in using any of the family accounts. 
Open the Family Option in the Microsoft Account Settings
